Marc is a computer engineer by background (MSc, ETH Zurich) and holds an MBA in general management from INSEAD. Thomas has more than 20 years of experience in strategy and policy consulting, working for Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, Manchester Business School, and Technopolis Group, where he led international research and consulting projects.

A computer engineer by training, Thierry worked for 25 years in 3 international companies of different sizes (Philips, Pace, Arris) in the field of decoders for digital TV.

As Project Manager and then Program Director, he has always guided his teams towards excellence, taking into account all stakeholders. His strategy for achieving this has always been to focus on the well-being of his teams and on priorities.

He was also secretary of the CHSCT for 8 years, during which time he implemented an ambitious Quality of Life at Work project.

Passionate about people and their resources, and keen to better support others, he became a professional individual and team coach, certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF). He then specialized in coaching based on the tools of Positive Psychology and Positive Intelligence.

Following a successful marketing career at T-Mobile, where she was responsible for Mobile Broadband services from new project ideas to long-term strategy, Maja transitioned into coaching and people development in 2014. Sylvia holds a master’s in political science, Law and Literature, and a PhD in International Relations. In 2003, she joined the European Investment Bank (EIB), where she served in different HR roles including Career and Talent Management, coaching and mentoring, organizational health, and leadership development. In 2021 she left the EIB to focus her work entirely on leadership development, as coach, adviser and trainer to senior executives and teams.
