He has designed and rolled out Leadership programs for middle-managers and high potentials at various high-profile organizations.

Marc is a computer engineer by background (MSc, ETH Zurich) and holds an MBA in general management from INSEAD. He has worked as a management consultant during six years (with Accenture and a Pharma boutique consultancy), and co-founded and managed his own e-health start-up in Spain. Since 2012, Marc directs his own coaching and training practice, and since 2016 acts as managing partner of the international leadership development alliance Human-Centric Leaders.

He has lived and worked in various locations in Europe, Asia, and Latin America, allowing him to develop a high sensitivity and passion for cross-cultural challenges and opportunities. Marc coaches in German and English, and is also fluent in Spanish, French, and Italian.

In his free time, Marc enjoys the contrast between explorative traveling off-the-beaten-track with his young family, adrenalin-loaded kite-surfing, and peaceful yoga.

Anick, with over 25 years of experience in the Hospitality business, excelled in creating and managing teams and projects internationally within The Ascott Limited, a Singaporean hotel group.

Since 2011, she has been a professional coach, specializing in executive coaching. Her passion is to support individuals, teams, and organizations on their Transformation journey, helping them turn their fears and constraints into performance drivers to unleash their leadership potential.

Creative, dynamic, and positive, Anick has developed a unique approach based on leadership and collective intelligence. She connects with her clients with respect and kindness, creating the ideal conditions for them to optimize efficiency, develop deeper commitment, and nourish a strong sense of accomplishment.

Anick holds an MBA from the European University in Toulouse, France. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a graduate of the Centre International du Coach (CIC) in Paris. In addition, she is certified as a motivational neuroscience trainer (INAQ), and a co-development facilitator (CECODEV). Today, she also enjoys creating and facilitating transformational leadership and holistic coaching programs.

Thomas has more than 20 years of experience in strategy and policy consulting, working for Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, Manchester Business School, and Technopolis Group, where he led international research and consulting projects.

Since 2016, Thomas has run his own coaching and training business, where he has supported leaders and teams of clients such as Bayer AG, Knorr Bremse AG, Dream Global plc, Hengeler Mueller, the European Central Bank, the Max-Planck-Gesellschaft as well as numerous universities in Switzerland and Germany. His coaching draws on the humanistic and systemic approaches.

Raised in East Germany, Thomas learnt self-leadership early on, reinventing his life once the Berlin wall was torn down. In his coaching, Thomas pursues a humble inquiry, combining a distinct skill for sharp, root-cause analysis and a gift to create an atmosphere of trust with a fierce insistence to call his clients forth. As a result, they gain an increased sense of purpose and direction, freedom of action and the courage to unleash more of their potential. While Thomas coaches and trains in German and English, he also speaks Russian and has basic knowledge of Italian and French.

Thomas holds degrees in business administration (European Business School) and philosophy (Hochschule für Philosophy Munich), and a PhD from the European University Institute (Florence, Italy), where he worked on international research collaboration. Currently, he is a guest faculty at the ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences as well as the Executive MBA programs of the University of Mainz and the HSG St. Gallen.

Hervé uses his skills to help develop the awareness of the individual impact within a collective environment. His holistic and humanistic approach helps to release the unsuspected resources of individuals and groups. Hervé is passionate about the ability to combine personal and business alignment within organisations.

Over the past 25 years of international experience, Hervé has conducted corporate mergers and acquisitions, led organisational transformations and supported change management and empowered women and men in their individual and collective challenges.

Hervé is a certified executive coach (PCC/ICF), professional trainer and speaker, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC), The Leadership Circle Profile Certified (LCP), Collective Leadership Assessment certified (CLA), AEC DISC certified, Human Factor Fresco certified, engineer, and holds an Executive MBA at HEC Paris. He has also contributed to the writing of the book published in June 2021 “Spiritual Leadership in Practice”. He is a member of the board of the Strategic alumni club at HEC school in Paris.

Hervé is a permanent Coach and Mentor for the Executive Master of Innovation & Entrepreneurship at HEC Paris. He is also guest faculty and the co-designer and co-facilitator of Leadership Programs for Global Executive MBA of EADA and Ecole des Ponts in France & Morocco.

Hervé contributed to a study conducted by the HEC Alumni Strategy Club on the strategic impact following the health crisis on the Planet / People / Profit axes.

He likes scuba diving and flying trapeze when he is not travailing around the world.

A computer engineer by training, Thierry worked for 25 years in 3 international companies of different sizes (Philips, Pace, Arris) in the field of decoders for digital TV.

As Project Manager and then Program Director, he has always guided his teams towards excellence, taking into account all stakeholders. His strategy for achieving this has always been to focus on the well-being of his teams and on priorities.

He was also secretary of the CHSCT for 8 years, during which time he implemented an ambitious Quality of Life at Work project.

Passionate about people and their resources, and keen to better support others, he became a professional individual and team coach, certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF). He then specialized in coaching based on the tools of Positive Psychology and Positive Intelligence.

Today Thierry is member of a teaching team of a transformational coaching school. The Leadership Circle was a game-changer in his approach to conscious leadership. As a coach and trainer, he puts his enthusiasm at the service of ambitious directors, managers and entrepreneurs, guiding them towards conscious leadership, sustainable performance and the necessary change centered on who they really are.

Before her coaching and teaching career she worked as a team leader for Volkswagen for EU-funded projects and has since broadened her insights into different industries by coaching leaders and teams in sectors ranging from non-profit to aerospace, medicine, universities, technology and banking for over ten years. As a former international synchronized swimming champion, she never seizes to be amazed by the capabilities and impressive intelligence of the body. She loves to create physical awareness and appreciation for her clients and helps them to view and honor their bodies as powerful allies.

With three Master´s and one Post-Master`s Degree Katja combines a strong academic background in Psychology and Education with advanced knowledge in experiential learning, coaching and leadership development. Apart from holding her University degrees she also holds a diploma (2. Staatsexamen) from a two-year full time professor and workshop facilitation training. According to ICF standards, Katja is a certified Leadership (CPCC and ACC) and Team Coach (ORSC). She is also a graduate of the following intensive 12 months programs: CTI´s Leadership Program, Ehama Institute´s Evocative Leadership Mastery as well as Lucid Livings Great Story Master Coach Program.

With over 20 years of experience in HR, having held leadership positions in international groups (FMCG, Luxury, and Banking), Christine is a seasoned HR consultant and coach since 2017. She supports organizations in their transformative journeys, talent growth challenges, leadership development, and the impact of business model changes on HR strategy.

As a coach, she helps individuals and teams find, within their internal resources, the keys for the changes they aspire to make while reinforcing self-confidence. With a deep understanding of corporate dynamics and human behaviors, Christine balances broad perspectives, practical approaches, and human considerations. Her goal is to identify the most sustainable options, utilizing existing resources for lasting expected changes, both at the individual and organizational levels.

Christine’s training includes Systemic Coaching from Palo Alto, IOS Coaching, Leadership & Embodiment, and Co-development. She is certified in ORSC, OPQ, Belbin, and MBTI.

Maja is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC). She is trained in Systemic and Team Coaching (ORSC) and certified in Leadership Circle Profile Assessment, Collective Leadership Assessment and Genos Emotional Intelligence. She also holds a Master of Science in Marketing Management from the University of Groningen in The Netherlands.

Following a successful marketing career at T-Mobile, where she was responsible for Mobile Broadband services from new project ideas to long-term strategy, Maja transitioned into coaching and people development in 2014. Clients describe her as insightful, positive, and focused, some even crediting her with helping them win lost battles. Her approach is grounded in systemic thinking, emotional intelligence, and the integration of coaching, neuroscience and mindfulness. Maja believes that development is about being, becoming and belonging and that we can always improve.

Originally from Croatia, Maja has lived and worked in the United States, Switzerland, Romania, The Netherlands, and is now based in Cape Town. These diverse experiences have nurtured her adaptability, openness and empathy, shaping her into a leader who embraces different perspectives and approaches with a global mindset. In her free time, Maja enjoys hiking with her family, reading and performing in improv theatre. She is fluent in English and Croatian.

Claire has 12 years of experience as a Professional Coach and has been a Supervisor since 2021, supporting leaders and managers to cultivate conscious, inspiring, and responsible leadership. She also has 15 years of experience as a team manager, leading projects in Human Resources development across France and Europe within large industrial groups in sectors such as environment, telecommunications, construction, transport, and logistics.

Claire holds a range of certifications and professional training that enhance her coaching and leadership expertise. She is a Supervisor certified by INTEGRALIS in 2021 and an Executive Coach from HEC since 2011. Claire undergoes regular supervision both individually and in peer groups, averaging between 35 and 50 hours per year. Her qualifications include training in Transactional Analysis and she is a graduate of the School of Psychopractitioners, having studied Integrative and Relational Psychotherapy under Richard Erskine in Lille from 2015 to 2021. Claire’s dual academic credentials include a Master in Strategy and HR from Nantes AUDENCIA (2009) and SKEMA Business School in Lille (1994). A strategy facilitator and moderator, Bruno founded the facilitation agency Kumquat in 2013. He and his team help international teams – including clients at Google, Accor, Oxford University, European institutions, and numerous foundations and NGOs – achieve measurable and transformative impact through purposeful gatherings.

Bruno is an IAF-Certified™ Professional Facilitator, a member of the International Association of Facilitators, and served on the board of its Belgian chapter. He was a 2018 Young Transatlantic Innovation Leader Initiative (YTILI) Fellow and a 2017 Marshall Memorial Fellow with the German Marshall Fund of the United States.

Maylis is a transformational coach and consultant who has worked at the intersections of creative, enterprise, corporate, and charity sectors for over a decade. A curator of experiential Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI) learning journeys and intersectional leadership programs, Maylis promotes ‘agency and wellbeing FOR ALL employees’ as a competitive advantage, helps organizations future-proof their workplaces and cultures and also upskills their people leaders to meet the needs of an increasingly diverse workforce during challenging global socio-political climates.

Maylis is a witty, high-impact storyteller and moderator. Sylvia is an accredited senior executive coach (EMCC) and accredited mediator (CEDR), with more than 20 years of experience as coach, trainer and facilitator. With her expertise in leadership development and experience as leader in international and financial institutions and consulting, Sylvia focuses on leadership coaching, in particular in international institutions, finance, nonprofit and multicultural environments.
