In April and again in June, 17 dynamic women leaders came together in Bern, Switzerland, for HCL’s newly launched workshop: “Cracking Confidence: Authentic Female Energy from Within.” Over two full days and a follow-up half-day, they explored and challenged internal beliefs that had held them back as leaders. Through shared reflection, practical tools to regulate their nervous systems, and peer support, they expanded their confidence and deepened their sense of purpose. The experience left participants feeling empowered, connected, and energized—with many committing to ongoing support networks. This first German-language delivery of the workshop is part of Swisscom’s visionary Future Female Leaders Programme. The next offering, in English, will take place in Zurich this October—and is already fully booked.
