She is a leadership development coach, consultant and trainer living in Geneva Switzerland. Her mission is Fulfilment at Work, which she furthers by partnering with individuals, corporations, and organisations to create positive and productive professional environments, and engaged and inspiring leaders. MJ works with Board and Mid Level Managers as well as line and cross-functional teams to enhance performance, improve communication and increase engagement.
MJ has trained and coached leaders from over 100 nationalities on such topics as influencing, inspirational leadership, and building collaborative, performing teams. She is on the faculty of the Coaches Training Institute. MJ is also a member of the Thunderbird Educator Network, and a regular facilitator at the University of Lausanne. Key clients include: Swisscom, Microsoft, Cargill, Pictet, Novartis, UBS, The World Economic Forum and the World Trade Organisation.
Prior to becoming a coach, MJ worked as an international marketing and business development executive notably with such financial concerns as Smith Barney, Prudential Bache and E.I.M. S.A. She holds an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BA in Art History and Economics from Columbia University in City of New York. MJ is a dual national, American and French. Her current idea of bliss is hiking in the Swiss Alps in the pursuit of hidden mountain gem of a restaurant. MJ is married with two children and a dog named Cowboy.
Donatella is a certified professional Co-active® coach, trainer and consultant and a graduate of the Co-active Leadership program. She also serves as faculty for the Coaches Training Institute (CTI). Languages: EN IT FR
Donatella is passionate about individuals, teams and organizations seeking clarity and focus during times of change and uncertainty. She helps them to recognize their unique leadership style by connecting them to their most daring and authentic human core. From that core emerges a strategic vision, that is solid and fast evolving, so it can stand the test of the complex and ever-changing circumstances around them.
Donatella holds a PhD in Molecular Biology from Michigan State University, USA and has worked at top universities in both Europe and the US, where she has served for 15 years as scientist, project manager, mentor and trainer and has published several scientific articles in international peer- reviewed journals. Currently, she works with individuals and teams from corporate clients all over Europe including NATO, Cargill, UCB, Team System, as well as various European universities.
Originally from Italy, she has lived abroad since 2000. Donatella deeply appreciates the diversity of the international environment, while being connected to her local community in Zurich. In her spare time, she enjoys adventures in nature, reading and contemplating, and sharing good food and fun precious time with friends.

Xavier has a proven track record in entrepreneurship and has occupied various managerial roles at large corporations in the IT-telecommunications field such as Orange and Swisscom in the USA, France and Switzerland. Positions include Business Innovation Manager, IT Strategy Lead and Strategy Manager. He has conducted cross-organisation strategic projects across most corporate divisions and has first-hand experience in dealing with corporate politics and stakeholders. A passionate corporate trainer, Xavier specialises in powerful experiential-learning workshops focusing on developing Leadership and Innovation in organisations. He is currently delivering a Human-Centric Leadership programme for teams at Swisscom, at the intersection of design-thinking and Co-Active Leadership.
Xavier holds a M.Sc. in Business Informatics from Université Paul Sabatier, Toulouse France. He coaches professionals so they may become Innovation Leaders. Xavier leads experiential workshops about Leadership and Innovation at Ponts School MBA, Paris, HSG St Gallen and M.Sc. HEG-VD, HES-SO, Lausanne, Switzerland.
In his spare time, Xavier enjoys hiking with his dog, practicing meditation and is a fan of heroic fantasy.

Tanja is a coach with heart and soul and has an innate belief in the potential of each human being. Tanja creates a safe and secure learning field where everything is possible for all those who are willing to challenge their mind-set. Tanja has a wide coaching range and the gift to be with emotions. Tanja loves supporting her clients on their path of living a life aligned with value and purpose. Tanja works with individuals, corporate clients and athletes. Due to her coaching and training experience of over seven years she is committed to keep stretching the limits.
Ever since Tanja has worked in different assisting positions to Leading Managers in global companies, she wanted to create long lasting change in how people and teams are working together. She is committed to bring Leadership and Coaching Skills in order to unfold full potential. Tanja designs and delivers customised workshops for teams and personal growth.
Tanja is passionate about discovering new experiences in life. Her hunger to learn and grow brought her on different expeditions such as working on a cruise ship, a four week travel to Chile and Argentina with her four year old daughter visiting the penguins in their home country. She enjoys being with her family, spending time in and on the water, skiing and much more.

Julie holds an MSc Neuroscience from the University of Oxford, a BSc Psychology from the American University of Paris and a Post Graduate Certificate in the Therapeutic Arts from the University of East London.
When she is not training groups in organisations, Julie works with managers and executives who want to harness their passion, drive and creativity to make a powerful impact in line with their vision for themselves and their organisation.
With a background in Psychology and Neuroscience, she is passionate about the cognitive, emotional and behavioural mechanisms that facilitate change. Julie loves to challenge existing ways of doing things and brings her scientific and artistic mind-set to everything she does. She holds that a flexible, creative mind-set is the key to effective leadership.
Julie has published several scientific articles in international, peer-reviewed journals such as the Journal of Neuroscience and is currently developing a theory of change and leadership.
Originally from Paris, she currently lives in London. Its eclectic mix of cultures, landscapes and people, as well as the many green spaces it has to offer, make it her favourite capital in the world.

She is also certified to deliver several psychometric and team-building tool and is an author. Margo has been working with managers from Global organisations since 2005 to develop their “people skills”, both on a one-on-one basis as well as in group leadership, and team coaching programmes.
She has worked with over 2000 managers from all levels, including managing director and country CEO level, hailing from over 60 nations. Besides Swisscom, client companies include Siemens, Swiss Re, eBay, Baloise Insurance, Biogen, UBS, Irdeto, Givaudan, NewRe, Smith+ Nephew, Nespresso, Trammo, Pictet, Reuters, Sony Pictures, FIFA and KPMG.
Margo has a special passion for working with women leaders and helping them grow their confidence and authentic leadership style. She is the author of The Four Channels; A Businesswoman’s Guide to Cracking Confidence. She is also a guest lecturer at a handful of European business schools and conferences.
She has lived in six countries on three continents and now resides in Zurich with her family. Languages and culture are a personal passion along side outdoor sports such as tennis and skiing.
Her background is in the import/export business where she worked in procurement and international brokerage. She holds an MBA in International Business (2003) and a BA in International Relations (1999).

Marc’s mission as a coach and trainer is to help leaders maximise their impact on their organisation and the world. His vision revolves around a business world that has rediscovered the true potential of our humanness, lead by courageous purpose-driven leaders with greater consciousness, a bigger heart, and higher spirit.
Marc is a computer engineer by background (MSc, ETH Zurich) and holds an MBA in general management from INSEAD. He has worked as a management consultant during six years (with Accenture and a Pharma boutique consultancy), and co-founded and managed his own e-health start-up in Spain. Since 2012, Marc directs his own coaching and training practice, focusing on leadership development and team effectiveness. He is an authorised Team Diagnostic Facilitator by Team Coaching International (TCI) and has coached executives from 15+ nationalities and worked with very diverse teams across functions and industries.
Marc’s group facilitation style is highly experiential, warm yet provocative, putting participants through deeply impactful experiences that heighten their awareness and create a determination and commitment for sustainable and meaningful growth – on both a personal and organisational level.
Marc has lived and worked in various locations in Europe, Asia, and Latin America, allowing him to develop a high sensitivity and passion for cross-cultural challenges and opportunities. More recently, he settled down with his young family on the countryside near Zurich, Switzerland. In his free time, Marc enjoys the contrast between explorative traveling off-the-beaten-track, adrenalin-loaded kite-surfing, and peaceful yoga.

She is a Psychologist and Thinking into Results Facilitator, who works with individuals and teams, helping them transform and heal by unlocking their potential and by provoking and managing permanent change in the direction that they need and desire.
She has worked in her private practice for 15 years, leading and co-leading corporate trainings in Spain, Chile and Switzerland. She has created and led groups in the development of specific abilities ranging from personal development to team transformation, integrating the best of the fields she masters: Psychology, NLP, Coaching, Nonviolent Communication, Mediation and Leadership, while working with a wide variety of clients: from executives to doctors; from the Corporate world to Universities.
In 2015 she joined “Go-Up Business School” in Spain and is part of the teachers’ pool in the Leadership Programme “Be10”, where she is also in charge of International Trainings. Her specialty is Healing, Communication and Conflict Resolution, and how they blend in leadership development. She feels that our best chance as a global community of change makers is to work in ourselves first, developing awareness and being able to build from a heart at peace, this is why she is in the process of becoming a Certified Nonviolent Communication Trainer and “War to Peace” co-leader.
Her passions are cooking, reading and traveling. Diversity is one of her highest values.
