DESIGN THINKING FOR INNOVATION LEADERS
EMBRACE DESIGN THINKING AND MAKE YOUR MARK PROMOTING INNOVATION IN LARGE ORGANISATIONS WHILE CLARIFYING YOUR VALUE PROPOSITION, INTEGRATING CUSTOMER AND PEER FEEDBACK AND MANAGING STAKEHOLDERS.
The workshop is also intended for “change agents”: individuals in charge of transforming product/service/process in an existing organisation and people in charge of strategic programme implementation.

Use leadership techniques to create powerful emulation and engagement towards innovation inside and outside the project team.
Define change management initiatives and network strategies to influence corporate culture and change programme.
